At Dry Mountain Farm, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade soaps, lotions, and personal care products. Because our products are made for personal use and hygiene reasons, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used items.All sales are considered final once products have been delivered, except in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial refundA full refund

3. Unopened and Unused Items

In some cases, we may accept returns of unopened and unused items at our discretion. If approved, items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items returned after the allowed reporting period

  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible but are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
