Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting our small business! We’re a tiny team, and every order means a lot to us. To keep things running smoothly, we currently ship orders once per week.
Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Shipping Schedule
We ship all orders once a week on Fridays.

Orders placed before our weekly shipping day will go out during that week’s shipment.

Orders placed after the cutoff may ship the following week.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Delays
Because we are a small business, occasional delays may happen due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at drymountainfarm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
